New Clouds is established by Civil Engineer Meric Erulku (BsCE Lehigh University, Bethlehem, PA, USA - MBA Eastern Mediterranean University, Famagusta - North Cyprus) in the year 2004 for the purpose of building over family owned properties in North Cyprus. These properties are situated in Edremit (Trimithi), Karaoglanoglu and near the 5 star hotel Merit (previously known as Zefiros) and we are soon starting our Catalkoy project in east Kyrenia.
New Clouds currently employs an architect and a civil engineer for design and construction of the villas. Our offices are in Nicosia at

Please note that ALL of our developments are being built on internationally recognised properties and ALL our developments have the necessary permits, title deeds (free of legal obligations) and our building standards are international. In short, we do everything by the book!

Our office is well equipped with plotters and other high technology equipment. All drawings and engineering calculations are done with computers and rendered images of proposed buildings are produced with powerful computers.

New Clouds' assets are appraised at over 3 Million USD and there are no liabilities of the company. All land used for building are already titled on the company and all villas, homes and apartments to be sold will have separate title deeds.
